Asset Replacement Tool.

Inspection and replacement within one workspace.

Explore the story
Asset replacement tool in its empty workspace state, with asset search, type filters, an empty asset table and console.
Actual source-defined empty interface with no workspace loaded. Captured from frozen local styling with application JavaScript disabled; no game files, backend or 3D renderer were started.
01 / THE IDEA

A closer
look.

Keep asset review, replacement and saved changes connected in a desktop tool.

02 / DESIGN APPROACH

From intention
to experience.

An asset table, inspector, console and 3D-view controls share a WebView2 workspace. The Windows shell provides workspace opening, saving and restoration around existing asset-processing tools.

01

Inspect an asset

The list, inspector and 3D-view area bring selection and visual review into one desktop workspace.

02

Manage changes

Opening, saving and restoring workspaces give the replacement workflow a persistent context around the underlying asset tools.

04 / THE DETAILS

What brings
it together.

Structure, interaction and visual decisions that give the work its character.

Design decisions

  • Asset list and inspector
  • Integrated 3D view
  • Workspace save and restore

Project components

  • Documented production workflow
  • Screen-state artwork
Production notes & credits

RoleConfirm interface, desktop integration, replacement workflow and personally authored versus adapted code.

AssetsPreserve upstream asset-library and UI-library notices. Use assets owned or licensed for the demonstration; do not imply ownership of extracted game content.

StatusStatic source and documentation reviewed; conversion correctness and save/restore reliability unverified.

Image notes

  • Actual source-defined empty interface with no workspace loaded. Captured from frozen local styling with application JavaScript disabled; no game files, backend or 3D renderer were started.
  • Interface and tooling study. Confirm personal code contribution and retain Unity and upstream tool/library credits. Empty counters are default UI values, not measured results.
